Position: Manager / Asst Manager - Finance

Qualification: MBA in Finance

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Reporting To: Managing Director

Location: Bangalore

Work timings: Mon-Sat (6 days working), 10 AM – 6.30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for business and project operations.
  • Oversee accounts, cash flow, receivables, and payables.
  • Handle project finance, banking coordination, and loan processes.
  • Support fundraising activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, audits, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Lead the Finance & Accounts team and ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial processes and reporting.
  • Support investment tracking, asset management, and cost optimization.

Preferred Skills

  • MBA in Finance
  • Strong background in real estate finance, with 5 to 10 years of domain-specific experience
  • Expertise in fundraising, project loans, and investment management
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and accounting software
  • Team handling and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of fundraising and investment planning processes
