Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate land parcels for acquisition and plotted development opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, financial analysis, and support land negotiations.
- Coordinate legal due diligence, title verification, and land conversion processes.
- Work with architects, planners, and technical teams for layout planning and project design.
- Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, approvals, and development norms.
- Liaise with authorities for statutory approvals, clearances, and regulatory documentation.
- Manage end-to-end project execution from acquisition to development and handover.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and infrastructure development activities.
- Support sales and marketing teams with project information, approvals, and launch readiness.
- Assist in pricing strategy, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Coordinate preparation of sales collateral, project presentations, and customer-facing materials.
- Track customer feedback, campaign performance, and sales insights for business improvements.
Preferred Skills
- 8–15 years of experience in real estate development, preferably in plotted layouts.
- Strong knowledge of land acquisition, land laws, zoning regulations, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), DTCP, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in land negotiations, regulatory approvals, and project execution.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team handling skills.
- Good presentation, client management, and landlord coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and drive timely execution
