About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Marketing with strong exposure to the Real Estate Development industry to drive project marketing, demand generation, brand positioning and sales-support initiatives. The candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing real-estate projects, preferably with a developer, and should be capable of independently managing campaigns from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project-wise marketing strategies based on location, product, target audience, pricing and sales objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing activities for new project launches and ongoing projects.
- Drive lead generation and demand generation through digital, offline and on-ground marketing.
- Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to understand project requirements, customer segments and lead quality.
- Plan and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and other digital campaigns.
- Execute Local Area Marketing (LAM) activities including hoardings, outdoor branding, kiosks, events and activations.
- Coordinate with creative and media agencies for brochures, advertisements, videos, digital creatives, presentations and sales collaterals.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research covering pricing, project positioning, offers and customer trends.
- Support project launches, open houses, property exhibitions, channel partner meets and customer engagement activities.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, media agencies, vendors and other marketing partners.
- Track lead sources, CPL, campaign performance, site visits and marketing ROI.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation of marketing spends.
- Prepare project-wise marketing MIS and performance reports for management.
- Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to improve project visibility, lead generation and sales support.
- Ensure all marketing communication follows the company's brand positioning and quality standards.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, preferably with a real-estate developer.
- Strong understanding of real-estate project marketing and customer acquisition.
- Experience in project launches, demand generation and lead generation.
- Exposure to both digital and offline marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media and campaign analytics.
- Experience in Local Area Marketing (LAM), outdoor advertising and on-ground activations.
- Strong agency and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of market research, competitor analysis and customer segmentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, CRM, Projects and external agencies.
- Strong ownership and execution capability.
